How to Submit a Request
To benefit from our service, you need to interact with us through our portal and request your measurements. Simply create a request and provide the necessary information by following the steps outlined below or by watching this video:
1. Visit our website and sign in to your account

2. Go to “Requests” and click “+ Create”.

3. Give your request a name and create it by clicking "Confirm".

4. You will be redirected to the Request Overview. Click on the name of the request you created to add your samples.

5. Select your samples.


Please note that your request is not submitted automatically after adding your sample and confirming the measurement methods you would like to use.
6. Once you've created a request, select it and click “Submit measurement request”.

7. You will be forwarded to the following pop-up.



9. By clicking "Submit", a window will pop up where you can download our Package ID label (to attach to the outside of your package once your samples are prepared for shipment) and confirm that your samples can be safely shipped.


After downloading the Package ID Label and confirming the safety shipment the "Submit request" button turns into black and will be clickable now so you can sumbit your request to us for approval,


10. After submitting your request, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received it and will review it.

Congratulations! Your request has been successfully submitted.
