How do I provide tracking information for my samples?

To actively monitor your shipment and ensure its proper handling, it is necessary to provide us with the tracking link in your request once your samples are dispatched. Please follow the steps below to provide the tracking number. In the online portal, go to “Measurements” and click on your request. Click on the + next to “Shipments” and fill out the pop-up form. Please make sure to provide the URL under “Tracking Link”, not just the tracking number! If a name and/or passcode is required to access the status (for some carriers), please include that information in the “Message” field and click “Add”.
