What happens if I publish my results before the embargo period ends?

If you publish results based on data obtained through our services before the embargo period ends, we request that you notify us about the publication. Once your work is published, the related data may be made available in our open-access database (if you selected the FAIR data option), as the primary purpose of the embargo period is to protect your right to first publication.

Update your sample Metadata

As you analyze your data, perform other measurements, and collate and publish results, please keep in mind to update the sample metadata in the app. This will ensure that the data remain as useful as possible in the database and have the best chance of being used and cited in other works.
