Sometimes, you may create a request that you no longer need, or you might have made a mistake and wish to delete it. To do so, please follow the steps below.
Log in:
Visit our website, sign in to your account, and you will be directed to your dashboard or homepage.
Measurements:
In the left-hand menu, click on “Requests” to view a list of all your requests. Select the request you wish to delete, and you'll be directed to that request's page.
Delete:
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select “Delete Request”.
Checking:
A pop-up window will appear to confirm that you really want to delete the request. Click “Delete” to confirm.
Confirmation:
After deleting the request, a confirmation message will appear in the top left corner, confirming that your request has been successfully deleted.
Congratulations! Your request has been successfully deleted.
