Can air-sensitive samples be measured?

Our sample holder is not officially specified for air-sensitive materials. However, a protocol for air-sensitive materials has been implemented that has worked well to stabilize sensitive samples, particularly very hygroscopic samples. There is a possibility that this method may not work for specific samples.
