# What Information Should Be Included On The Shipping Label?

To ensure a smooth process from sample shipment to measurement, the following information should be included on the shipping label:

- Name of the logistics center and our organization → X-Stream Insights for Momentum Transfer, Chez INTER-SERVICES.
- Address (postal code, city, and country).
- Our contact details for customs or carrier inquiries (including email address and phone number.
- Our VAT and EORI numbers.

To correctly assign incoming packages to the corresponding requests in the data portal, we provide you with a personalized **package ID label**. This label includes your **QUOTE ID**, the **name of the project** the samples belong to, the **email address** used to submit the request, the **name of your request**, and your **organization** as listed in our data portal.

You can download and print the package ID label under the respective request in the portal.

**Please note that the use of international shipping companies, such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, is required.**
