What information should be included on the shipping label?

To ensure a smooth process from sample shipment to measurement, the following information should be included on the shipping label:

  • Name of the logistics center and our organization → X-Stream Insights for Momentum Transfer, Chez INTER-SERVICES
  • Address (postal code, city, and country)
  • Our contact details for customs or carrier inquiries (including email address and phone number
  • Our VAT and EORI numbers

To correctly assign incoming packages to the corresponding requests in the data portal, we provide you with a personalized package ID label.
This label includes your QUOTE ID, the name of the project the samples belong to, the email address used to submit the request, the name of your request, and your organization as listed in our data portal.
You can download and print the package ID label under the respective request in the portal.

Please note that the use of international shipping companies, such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, is required.
