# What Data Formats Will I Receive?

You will receive your data in standard formats that are compatible with common analysis software. For X-ray diffraction data, this typically includes:

- Raw data files (.tiff or .h5 format).
- Integrated diffraction patterns (.xye or .dat format).
- If applicable, pair distribution function data.
- Metadata describing experimental conditions.

All data come with detailed documentation to help you understand and work with the files.
