What data formats will I receive?

You will receive your data in standard formats that are compatible with common analysis software. For X-ray diffraction data, this typically includes:

  • Raw data files (.tiff or .h5 format)
  • Integrated diffraction patterns (.xye or .dat format)
  • If applicable, pair distribution function data
  • Metadata describing experimental conditions
