To benefit from our service, you need to interact with us through our portal and request your measurements. Simply create a request and provide the necessary information by following the steps outlined below:

• Visit our website and sign in to your account.

• Go to “Measurements” and click “+ Create”.

• Give your request a name and create it.

• Select your samples. 

• Select the measurement methods you wish to use. Please note that only HR-XRPDF and TS-PDF are included in our OSCARS program. SAXS can be offered additionally through our regular paid service. If interested, please send an email to team@momentum-transfer.com.  

• Once you've created a request, select it and click “Submit measurement request”.

• You will be forwarded to the following pop-up.

• Let us know if you have already received a quotation.

• If you are a participant of our OSCARS program, choose “I have a promotional code” under “Payment” and enter "OSCARS25" in the appeared text field "Promotional code". Then click “Submit”. If you have a quotation, please write your quotation number into the appeared text field “Quotation Number” and click “Submit”. If you do not have a quotation yet, select “I need a quotation” and click “Submit”.

• After submitting your request, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received it and will review it.
