To actively monitor your shipment and ensure its proper handling, it is necessary to provide us with the tracking link in your request once your samples are dispatched. Please follow the steps below to provide the tracking number:

• Visit our website and sign in to your account.

• Go to “Requests” and click on your request.

• Click on the + next to “Info: Shipments” and fill out the Pop-up. Please make sure
  that you provide the url under "Tracking Link" rather than just the tracking
  number! If there is a name and/or pass-code required to access the status (some
  carriers), please also provide that in the "Message" field.
