# I Am Having Trouble Accessing My Account After Resetting My Password. What Should I Do?

After resetting your password and trying to log in again, you might see a screen where nothing happens after entering your password into the text field. To access your profile, please follow these steps. Instead of entering your password again, please click “Logout”. You will then be automatically redirected into your profile.
